Yummy

Camilla had her first In N Out burger tonight, of course she loved it since its unhealthy. Her Daddy is anti fast food, so it is very rare that we eat it. But he is fishing so we had a girls night out to a fast food place! How exciting! (I have no life) So she loved it and of course made a mess. I caught her with a piece of hamburger and ketchup rubbing it on her face. Nice. Anyway here is the messy girl. Oh and for you out of staters who have never experienced In N Out burgers, well you are missing out! =)

So...

I have to ask! I put up a site meter and it said in two days that 41 people have looked at my blog! Wow! I had no idea! So you have to tell me who you are! I don't care how many people look on here, I know that everything I put is up for the world to see thats why I don't put personal stuff! But anyway I am SO curious as to who you all are!! I know a few of you regulars! Kara, Wrena, Cara and some other family members but come on the rest of you!!

Did I tell you

THAT MY HUSBAND GOT A NEW JOB!?! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAAYAY. I'm a bit excited if you can't tell. What a big stress off our backs. It is going to be hard work, especially since its so hot and smokey. But he is excited and I know he's a hard worker.

MY husband got a new job, my husband got a new job. You have NO idea how excited I am. Since before we got married he has not had any kind of set schedule. NO more on call 6 days a week, no more wondering when he will get paid, no more getting calls at 4 in the morning because his boss forgot to call him till 4 am of the morning he's supposed to be to work at 430. YES YES YES. I am beyond excited. Working for family is hard. Especially when they aren't responsible with their business.

We had little Kohlie Crawfords funeral yesterday.. It was very sweet and touching. Kohlie was 4 years old and had cancer for the last 2+ years. She fought a good fight but in the end it was just too much for her. I can NOT imagine losing a child, especially now that I have one of my own. Her parents will have a long road ahead of them, but I'm sure that they are glad that she isn't suffering anymore. I have just been thinking about how that she is in a better place now, there is no more pain and suffering. And it can be the same for us, we might feel like there is so much on this earth that we love and life can be so great. But still there is suffering, for example children getting cancer and dieing and people getting killed and SO much more. But in the end we can be relieved from all of that. If we are willing.

Family Reunion

We went to Willow Lake in Oregon this past weekend for a Grow/Ramey reunion. It was a really nice campground and lake. We had reserved a group camp and it was at the end of the road so we had a lot of privacy. We didn't have to worry about being noisy at night and the camp host people were really nice and just let us do whatever even though we all didn't park in real spots some of the time! We saw lots of family and met some new family members too. They were distant relatives, but was good to meet them. Camilla had a blast getting dirty. At one point she was picking up handfuls of dirt and rubbing them on herself. But she played in the water and in the dirt and had a great time!

I bought her this little floaty. Its nice cause it has a little seat and umbrella thing to keep the sun off her!

Its 5AM.........

I am awake. I woke up cause my husband was down stairs banging dishes around before going to work. Plus I am hot because its already 85 here. Anyway I look out the window and see 2 fires. So they are a ways away but still this is the first time I have actually seen the fires from my house. I don't really like to be able to SEE the fires. The wind has just been going crazy and its been SO hot. Why do I live here again? So I can't imgaine being a firefighter. Most of them away from home, and then when they are off they sleep in tents where yep still a million degrees. They just don't get a relief from the heat! So thank you firefighters I know its not easy.
Anyway hopefully the winds die down and my house doesn't burn while we are gone this weekend. And hopefully I can go back to sleep cause its going to be a long day.

any CLEAN AIR FOR ME?? I'm so tired of this smoke! Its been almost a month now. And the fires are just getting worse. The wind picked up this week and plus its been oh 115. WAY TO HOT!! I need to move to Alaska. Anyway we are going to Oregon this weekend for the family reunion, so hopefully the air is a little bit cleaner!

Ok so I just had to buy Camilla a bikini. Ian says no way. I said well now is when we want her to wear a bikini not when she's 14. So anyway we took her to a little playground/waterpark the other day. It didn't really start until 1, but there was a little bit of water coming out. So anyway she had fun and stared at all the other kids!



And we put her in the swing and she LOVED it!!
